If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections

Shipping Policy

Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided when available. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local carrier first.
